I try to travel as often as possible in order to gather new culinary impressions from around the world. When I'm on the road, first of all, I will look for local markets and food shops for new ingredients. If possible, I like to get on with using the ingredients right away; if there are no facilities at my disposal, I go out to eat at as many restaurants as I can afford although street foods are my treat foods. I do enjoy the simplicity and the straightforwardness of this type of vending. Street vendors do pick a certain food type or one thing in particular to sell and sell lots of it which in turn only makes them experts at cooking it.
So far I have travelled to Japan, Hongkong, Taiwan, Scotland and all around England.
